THE HOLY CALVES is the High Tech Middle Mesa robotics team located in San Diego, California. The team was established in 2022 to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), foster a passion for innovation and problem-solving, encourage creativity through collaboration and teamwork, and provide opportunities for technical and personal growth. THE HOLY CALVES team members learn engineering, coding, design, build, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, confidence, and much more all while having fun! 

THE HOLY CALVES are Team 22321 as part of the FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) global organization that prepares young people for the future through team-based robotics programs. THE HOLY CALVES team members build their robot to complete challenges for the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) robotics competitions. The FTC events help them gain a sense of accomplishment and confidence, while they collaborate and share ideas, creatively solve problems, and see the results of their hard work in action.
